A: You can book through our website or by contacting directly through email.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash in person, or credit/debit cards through our website. Deposits required for wedding makeup services.

Q: How long does a makeup application take?
A: A standard makeup application takes about 35-45 minutes, depending on the look you choose. For brides, I like to give myself 45-60 minutes.
Q: Do you provide makeup for weddings and special events?
A: Yes! Bridal and event makeup is my specialty 🖤
Q: Do you offer makeup lessons?
A: Absolutely! My one-on-one makeup lessons are designed to help you master techniques tailored to your skill level and beauty goals. I find it usually takes at least 60-90 minutes for a comprehensive lesson.

A: I only use high-quality, professional-grade products suitable for all skin types, ensuring long-lasting and flawless results.

Q: How long does a brow lamination appointment take?
A: The service takes about 45-60 minutes.
Q: How long do results last?
A: With proper aftercare, results last 6-8 weeks.
Q: Can I wear mascara after a lash lift?
A: Yes, but wait at least 24 hours before applying mascara to allow the lift to set properly.
Q: How often should I get my brows waxed?
A: Most clients schedule brow waxing every 3-4 weeks to maintain a clean, defined shape, but it is totally personal preference!

Q: Do you sell bridal hair accessories?
A: Yes! We offer a range of hair accessories, bridesmaid gifts, eyewear and bachelorette wear 😊
Q: Do you have accessories for the bridal party?
A: Yes! We carry bridesmaid gift bundles, bridal party sunglasses, scrunchies, and more in black, pink, champagne, and sage green.
Q: Do you sell makeup tools for other artists?
A: Absolutely! Our collection includes velvet powder puffs, brush holders, gold makeup scissors, tweezers, and disposable applicators for both personal and professional use.
Policies & Aftercare
Q: How do I care for my brows after a lamination?
A: Avoid getting your brows wet or applying heavy products for 24 hours. Use a nourishing oil or serum to keep them conditioned.
Q: How do I maintain my lash lift?
A: Avoid water, steam, and rubbing your lashes for 24 hours. Use a lash serum for extra nourishment.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We require at least 24-48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a full-service fee.
Q: Do you offer refunds on beauty accessories?
A: Due to hygiene reasons, all sales on beauty tools and accessories are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
