Unfortunately, not everyone is a candidate for eyebrow lamination. Individuals with extremely sensitive skin, psoriasis/eczema, recent eye surgery, alopecia, sunburn, skin trauma, contagious skin diseases, recent permanent makeup, blood thinners, or certain medications (like Accutane and retinoids) are generally not good candidates for brow lamination. 

Furthermore, in order to laminate the eyebrows, there must be enough brow hairs to work with.
